A 50-year-old man was found dead in Clason Point early Saturday morning.

Police tell News 12 they discovered Hector Serrano lying on the ground with a bruise to the back of his head on Soundview Avenue around 2 a.m.

He was rushed to Albert Einstein Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

It is unclear if any criminality is suspected.
