Police arrested a woman they say attacked four Asian women with pepper spray in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan.

They say 47-year-old Madeline Barker, from Florida, is being charged with two counts of attempted assault as a hate crime.

Police say she pepper sprayed the four women in an anti-Asian attack, but a motive has not been proven yet.

The Manhattan District Attorneys Office will ultimately determine what charges Barker will face.

There is no word yet on who is representing her.
