Police are searching for a woman they say assaulted a 27-year-old woman on a northbound 4 train last month.

The incident happened on July 18 just before 4:30 p.m.

Police say the suspect pushed the victim to the ground and began punching and kicking her in the face before fleeing.

That victim refused medical attention at the scene.
