Walmart to close on Thanksgiving Day as way to thank employees for work during COVID-19

Walmart is doing something it hasn't done in 30 years -- closing on Thanksgiving Day.
The company saying it's a way to thank employees for their work during the pandemic.
Walmart employees are also getting another round of cash bonuses.
Full-time hourly employees will get a $300 bonus in August.
Part-time and temporary associates will receive $150.
