Many nonprofits have been devastated by COVID-19 as their ability to raise money has gone away.

Social services, like addiction prevention and treatment, mental health and wellness, senior and adult services and residential care have seen their budgets slashed.

News 12's Elizabeth Hashagne was joined by Carlos Martinez and Dr. Jeffrey L. Reynolds to discuss what's at stake with an expected loss of as much as 50% of local social services funding.
