The South Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation (SoBRO) held a bus tour today that passed vacant buildings and barren lots to show investors available property.
The annual tour brings investors and real estate developers to 16 stops to show off what is new and what is available. SoBRO worker Philip Morrow says the tour helps solidify the South Bronx's reputation as an up-and-coming area.
SoBRO officials say the tour also helps investors trade business cards and network with those who have already set up shop.
