Arrest made in Soundview knife point rape
An arrest has been made four months after a knife point rape in Soundview.
Authorities say that Larry Valencia forced a 21-year-old woman to a Banyer Place rooftop on May 4 and raped her.
Police say that they used fliers and social media to catch Valencia.
Valencia is facing rape and robbery charges.
