A city lawmaker wants to reduce noise from the subway system. 
Assemblyman William Colton, of Brooklyn, is calling on Gov. Andrew Cuomo to sign a bill that would help reduce noise and vibrations, particularly from elevated trains. 
Colton wants the MTA to report what they're doing to remedy the issue. 
He says it's causing adverse effects on city residents, their health and their businesses.
