A boy who fell from either the window or the roof of a New Rochelle apartment building last month is recovering from his injuries.
His neighbors had told News 12 that DJ has autism and had disappeared before officers found him on the ground.
The boy's aunt emailed News 12 on Tuesday to say he's doing great.
She says he's been at Montefiore Children's Hospital in the Bronx but will be moving this week into rehabilitation at Blythedale in Westchester.
The aunt says it's nothing short of a miracle because he was not expected to live.
She says he's a strong, sweet soul and had a lot of people praying for him.
