2h agoPolice say a prisoner on the loose Tuesday morning in Hunts Point was caught and rearrested.
NYPD members were able to apprehend the fleeing female inmate in the Tiffany Street and Spofford Avenue area.
Citizen App footage showed the moments when officers finally found that woman and apprehended her after a search that involved multiple police units.
It’s unclear where that woman escaped from. She was handcuffed in between two trucks in the neighborhood, where it is possible she was hiding.
No other details have been given at this time.
