5h agoPolice say a 62-year-old man was killed near Barclays Center at the corner of Atlantic and Flatbush avenues Friday.
News 12 was told a private sanitation truck was involved in the crash around 3:30p.m.
The NYPD says the man who was killed was not in the crosswalk and that the 37-year-old driver of the truck stayed on the scene.
Police say no arrests have been made.
According to Vision Zero Data, there have been more than two dozen crash injuries at this intersection over the past two years.
