Long Islanders who went to Bagel Boss in Jericho Thursday had some new options.
After years of serving kosher food, the location has added bacon and Boar's Head cold cuts to its menu.
The company said in a statement released last week that "this evolution allows us to cater to diverse tastes and dietary preferences..."
The company said other locations on Long Island will maintain their kosher certification, including stores in Carle Place, Hewlett, Lake Success, Merrick, Oceanside and Hicksville.
