This looks like a deodorant, but it’s a glycolic acid stick that helps loosen dead skin. You can swipe it directly on the skin in problem areas. It’s great for those bumps on the back of the arms, which are really from a buildup of dead skin, ingrown hairs, or areas like elbows. Use it 2-3 times a week, building up to daily if necessary.

Foot creams and ointments are usually thick, sometimes greasy, and can be messy. In stick form, you can swipe it on your feet and never have to touch the ointment! This one contains shea butter and coconut oil and has a recommendation from the American Diabetes Association.
