A Bee-Line Bus from Westchester crashed into a subway support column in Norwood, injuring 14 people, the FDNY says.
The accident happened on East Gun Hill Road and Jerome Avenue.
Authorities confirmed 14 people were transported to the hospital, but their conditions are unknown at this time.
News 12 sources say a 65-year-old man injured in the accident may not survive his injuries.
It appears a silver SUV was also involved in the accident.
The bus involved was the Bee-Line No. 4 bus, which goes from the Bronx into Yonkers.
News 12 sources say two cars were driving in the southbound lane attempting to cut each other off. A black car bumped into the silver SUV, causing it to crash into the bus. The bus then swerved to avoid the car and hit the support for the subway.
The driver of the black car was still on the scene and not injured.
The driver of the bus was transported for treatment.
