A Bronx mom turned reality star, author and advocate. There is never a slow day for Gwendolyn Boyd-Moss.
Moss says she was raised on Boynton Avenue by her grandmother and recently found fame on the reality TV show "Selling It in the ATL" on Women's Entertainment.
Every day brings something new for the Bronx native, whether it's selling homes, shooting a reality TV show or raising her three sons. Her oldest son, Justin, has autism and schizophrenia, Moss says.
On the show, Moss aims to inspire and empower other parents who have children with special needs. She even wrote a children's book, "My Special Friend" aimed to educate others about special needs children.
Moss also has a nonprofit to help families who have children with special needs.
