Lots of noise and commotion emanated from the high-rise buildings in Co-op City Saturday following the news that Joe Biden will be the president-elect of the United States.
A Section Five resident captured the noise on cellphone video.
Biden won New York state early when results were first coming in.
New York gave him 29 electoral votes and his supporters were clearly happy with the news of his presidential win.
According to the city's Board of Elections, almost 73% of Bronx County voted for Joe Biden and about 26% for President Donald Trump.
The board called the unofficial election results as about 96% of votes have been counted.
