The body of a man was found inside of a building in West Farms.

Police say they responded to a 911 call inside 915 Elsmere Place and found an unconscious and unresponsive 58-year-old man with trauma to the back. EMS arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.

The chief medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
