A new sports bar in Throgs Neck is switching things up with a menu that features all kinds of cuisines.
An octopus salad made with fresh herbs, spices, and splashes of lime juice is just one of the top items on the menu at Parq Sports Bar & Grill.

"We have small little bites, everything from our great happy hour menu like mozzarella sticks, wings," says Kayla Martinez, of Parq Sports Bar & Grill.

The wings are more than just the typical barbecue or buffalo flavors. Parq Sports Bar & Grill offers wings covered in a sweet Thai chili sauce.

"They're just fried to a perfect crisp, then they are hand tossed in the sauce and they're just the right amount of cooked. It's not over, it's not under, it's just perfect,” says Martinez.

Despite being a sports bar, the menu offers a variety of cuisines, including a salmon and shrimp dish served on a bed of mashed potatoes.

"I definitely feel like we're the only bar like ours in Throgs Neck. We're giving you a little bit of something different than what the area has to offer...Our menu is so vast. Whatever you're craving, we have it,” says Martinez.

A quality the staff at Parq Sports Bar & Grill says they hope keeps customers coming back.
