Tradita has only been open a year at their E. 204th Street location, but the crowds are steady and the recipes are unique.
Some styles of traditional Albanian pizza found at the restaurant are made with ricotta cheese, pesto sauce, a sesame crust and topped with mushrooms and green olives.
Tradita also offers a varieties of meat toppings and other authentic Albanian dishes like byrek, a baked flaky pastry filled with meats and cheese or mushrooms and spinach.
