Police say two 14-year-olds are accused of using a knife to rob a man on James Street around 10:30 p.m. Friday.
Authorities say the crime matches the pattern of a rash of street robberies that have taken place in the West Side, Hollow and Madison Avenue areas over the past several weeks.
