The NYPD says a Bronx assistant district attorney is facing drunk driving charges.

Sierra Fischer, 30, was arrested just after 11 p.m. Thursday in the 50th Precinct.

Fischer is charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired and refusal to take a breath test, according to authorities.

News 12 reached out to the Bronx DA for comment and is awaiting a response.
