A Bronx father is accused of killing his autistic son by slashing the boy?s throat, according to police.

Authorities say Jose Stable admitted committing the crime. Officers found the 12-year-old naked in the tub at the family?s apartment at 2405 Southern Blvd. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly says Stable has a long criminal rap sheet.

Neighbors are in shock over the killing, saying Stable appeared to love the boy he cared for on his own.
