Bronx rivals are getting used to the idea of playing on the same team in the Empire Challenge All-Star Football game.
Lehman?s Roberto Deleon and Josh Molina will team up as quarterback and center. Kennedy?s Hasan Radoncic is on the offensive line. Fordham prep?s James Lamaccia will play wide receiver and Columbus? Klestor Pellumbi will do the kicking. The defense is made up of cornerback Juma McKenley of Lehman, line backer Shaine Thompson of Kennedy and defensive lineman Torian Martin of Mount. Six of the Bronx players are from the PSAL and two from the Catholic League.
The 2006 Empire Challenge is Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at Hofstra University.
