The Throgs Neck Business Improvement District unveiled a new
plan alongside Bronx lawmakers announcing a $250,000 investment to install new
NYPD cameras in the neighborhood.

The cameras, which will be a
product of the grant in the New York State Budget, will be installed along E.
Tremont Avenue from Bruckner Boulevard to Harding Avenue.

So let's get into the next couple of days high as tomorrow near 48 degrees, 55 on, on Saturday and then 61 on Sunday. But look where those temperatures crash mid to upper forties on our Monday and even cooler by the midweek. But again, we're talking about the rain. That's why we are on storm watch. Again. We're tracking some steady rainfall arriving Sunday afternoon and even taking us into Monday morning. So let's time it out on your future Cast Sunday, it is gonna start off dry. Then we see those temperatures climbing into the upper fifties. Low sixties, some light rain start then a random and, and then it starts to pick up in intensity by the evening hours. So this is around midnight. You're seeing temperatures still near 60 degrees and you're seeing the darker shades of green and yellow, good indicated for some soaking rain And even the high winds will start picking up in intensity through this time frame. But look how quickly those temperatures crash from the sixties to the mid forties by Monday morning. Even though that the rain is pushing out of here, we're still gonna be dealing with some standing water and some gusty winds. So your Monday morning commute will still be impacted Monday afternoon. It is drier temperatures in the mid to upper forties, even cooler by Monday evening. But again, back to those high winds, 40 to 50 MPH really going to be any concern as well as the rain. We're talking about 1 to 2.5 inches of rainfall. It's all good and I don't mean Rainbow.

Back here at home lawmakers in our borough announcing a $250,000 investment in hopes of making one part of throgs neck safer. They joined the throgs neck business improvement district today and unveiling the plan to install New NYPD cameras. Those involved in the decisions say the increase in cameras is much needed. The eyes are there crooks? Stay out of throgs neck, stay out of new york city completely, but stay out of throgs neck because we're looking at you with these cameras. The cameras, which will be a product of the grant in the new york state budget, will be installed along East Tremont Avenue from bruckner boulevard to Harding Avenue.
