A Bronx man is fighting to stay out of prison after a court ordered him to serve the rest of his sentence.

Andre Brown served 23 years behind bars until a Supreme Court judge overturned his conviction, citing ineffective counsel.

Two years after his release, the appellate division reinstated Brown's conviction, meaning he would have to return to prison.
