Bronx man returns from vacation to find his car stolen, items missing
A Williamsbridge man says his vehicle was stolen Monday while he was away on vacation, but it was quickly found.
Carlton Bryan has video taken from his home of the apparent thieves making off with his white Cadillac Escalade, but it wasn't until the next day when he found it only a few minutes away at the corner of Grace and Edenwald avenues.
Bryan is thankful he found his car, but he says someone made off with his radio, TV sets, amps and a tire is flat. Bryan thinks someone knew he was on vacation when they stole his things.
Police confirmed the reported of a stolen vehicle. Bryan is now waiting on police to give him the OK to take the car back from where it was taken to.
The owner spotted some nearby surveillance cameras and hopes footage could lead to an arrest.
