A Bronx man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for fatally shooting a 17-year-old boy in 2021, authorities say.

In May 2021, dozens of people gathered at a McDonald's parking lot in the Bronx to film a music video and then shots rang out.

Armanis Valdez, 17, was hit in the chest.

Bronx District Attorney Darcel Clark says that shooting was gang related.

Luis Cruz, 21, was sentenced to 13 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree manslaughter.
