A Bronx man was sentenced to 25 years to life for a Yonkers murder.
Alexis Rose, 37, was sentenced in county court, according to the Westchester District Attorney's Office.
He was convicted in the March 2021 murder of 41-year-old Shaun Hutchinson, of Pennsylvania.
Hutchinson was at the Warburton Avenue apartment of his former partner - an ex-girlfriend of Rose - helping her and her son move out. Rose showed up in violation of an order of protection she had against him.
He got into a verbal fight with Hutchinson and shot him several times.
Hutchinson was pronounced dead at the scene.
