A Bronx mother says the horrid conditions in her Williamsbridge apartment have only worsened over the past year.

Mold, rats, roaches and holes in the walls and the ceilings forced Ashley Beltrand to reach out to News12 for help. She says she had to take one of her kids to the emergency room after sewage spewed from her kitchen sink.

Beltrand says management has not helped with repairs, often putting off making them and not fixing problems for good.

News 12 reached out to the property manager for comment, but has not heard back.
