The owner, who goes by Shotti NYC, says his studio host workshops and mentorships, but also teaches lessons about financial literacy and customer relations. He says as a Bronx native he understands the struggles some may face.
"In these neighborhoods, a lot of people just don't have access to the finances. They don't have access to a studio space, or they can't afford to pay. " said Shotti.
