Bronx residents celebrate Garifuna Heritage Month

Saturday's gloomy weather did not stop Bronx residents from celebrating Garifuna Heritage Month, with music and dancing filling Brooke Avenue. Garifuna Heritage Month runs from March 11 to April 12.
