Extreme heat is in the forecast for all five boroughs this week. Multiple days of 90+ degree weather are expected for the work week.
Bronx residents are already relying on the city's cooling centers to handle the hot weather.
“When I felt the temperature, I was like crying out 'Oh my lord, what should I do?' Then I was coming across to the library and coming in here, it helps” said Bronx native Lorine Wallace.
