Early voting starts tomorrow Oct. 26 in New York. Tomorrow is also the last day to register to vote in the general election, and the last day to request an absentee ballot.

Here are some simple steps to make sure you are ready to vote. If you haven't registered click on register by mail/online on the city's board of elections website. You can also "apply for ballot" by mail and "find your poll site."

While some Bronx residents told News 12 they were thankful for the reminder about registering, others say they are ready and eager to cast their ballot.

"I believe on the fifth it's going to be very crowded, people have to come out this year," said Erica Montgomery.
