Students at the South Bronx Academy for Applied Media are participating in an election of their own.
Waves of students came in to cast their votes for the student government president, vice president, treasurer, secretary and more.
“They do everything, from campaigning to creating speeches and PSAs and figure out their own campaign strategy,” said Theresa Mayerhofer, social worker at the school.
These students will get the results of their election on Thursday.
