Some Hostos-Lincoln Academy of Science Middle School students received certificates Friday after passing an Internet safety course.
The ESA Digital Living Project allowed students to learn how to use the Internet responsibly through 3-D simulations.
The course aims to educate students about careers in technology and also inform them on what to watch out for in terms of cyber-bullying and child predators.
The ESA Digital Living Project will serve 30 schools throughout New York City.
