A Bronx teacher accused of video taping a student who was staying at his home has pleaded not guilty. The 15-year-old student said he was staying at the home of 54-year-old Francisco Acevedo in May. According to the student, Acevedo videotaped him while he used the bathroom in the teacher's home. Police say the boy didn't come forward with the charges until recently. The South Bronx Preparatory High School teacher, who is charged with unlawful surveillance and child endangerment, says he videotaped the teen because he suspected he was using drugs.
