Court documents reveal that 19-year-old Thomas Padilla was the one who pulled the trigger, killing 33-year-old Brooklyn man Trevor Roberts.

The criminal complaint states that video surveillance and witness statements corroborate that Padilla shot Roberts in the torso.

Padilla was arrested on Tuesday and now faces several charges, including murder.

The shooting happened on March 10, 2023 inside 1690 E 174th St. in the Soundview section of the Bronx.

Police say they are still searching for two other men.
