The family of Carol Taylor, the first Black flight attendant in U.S. history, spoke with News 12 about her life as a dedicated mother on Sunday.
She made history as the flight attendant for Mohawk Airlines on a flight from Ithaca to New York City in 1958.
News 12’s Shakti Denis sat down with her family at the family’s East Flatbush home.
A funeral service will be held for Carol Taylor on Wednesday in Brooklyn.
