A Brooklyn woman claims her daughter and niece were ignored by a character at the Sesame Place theme park in Philadelphia.

The video shows the character Rosita giving people high-fives. When she approaches the Brooklyn woman's daughter and niece, Rosita shakes her head, says "No" and walks away.

The theme park has since apologized, but the mom says it was not genuine.
