2ds agoThe suspect in a shooting that occurred in a Brooklyn subway is due in court.
Frank James, 62, will appear before a judge in federal court for a status conference.
Investigators say James allegedly shot several people on an N train in Sunset Park during the morning rush hour commute in April.
He has been charges with a terrorist attack, violence against a mass transportation system carrying passengers and discharging a firearm during a crime of violence.
A court judge denied Frank James' attorney's request to push the trial date back. As of now, James has a tentative trial date set for Feb. 27.
