Stamford-based WWE is moving into a brand new downtown headquarters.
The new building will be downtown on Washington Boulevard. The WWE will leave behind the iconic Titan Towers on East Main Street.
News 12’s Rick Holmes sat down with Dave LaGreca, host of SiriusXM’s "Busted Open" wrestling show, to discuss the move.
LaGreca says the move is good for Connecticut job growth.
"When you look at what they're going to be able to do, moving just two miles away, in this new location, it's going to be about the global branding of WWE. That's great for Connecticut. More jobs," LaGreca says.
WWE is one of Stamford's largest employers, with more than 700 people.
WWE will move into its new headquarters in late 2022.
