Many players say they like the food served at the cafeteria and appreciate the variety. However, many players say their sport determines what they eat. Some praise carbohydrates for the quick boost of energy they get, but others feel carbs pack on pounds. Athletes all agree they should not overeat because it makes them sluggish.
