Rice High School basketball players are ready for the challenge ahead of them in the New York State Federation Championship semifinals.
The Catholic school has won the title five times since 1994, but the team will face stiff competition this weekend against PSLA champ Lincoln. Players say they are ready to take on the best in public school basketball because they are the best of the Catholic schools.
The winner will face off against Mount Vernon.
