A Bronx man was arrested on Tuesday for stealing a winning lottery ticket that was a part of this month's historic Powerball drawing.
According to police, 40-year-old Rubelin Segura stole the $50,000 winning ticket from the winner's car, located on Nelson Avenue, on Jan 14.
He was arrested on Walton Avenue and East 168th Street, and is expecting arraignment.
