A Bronx man is calling on the city to install lights at an Olinviville park playground. John Morales says Rosewood Playground is an easy target for crime because it doesn't have any lights. He says it's been years since he remembers lights at the playground. He refuses to take his family there because he claims it would put their lives in danger. Just last month, park officials found the murdered body of pregnant Stacy Inman in a black plastic bag near the playground.Morales says he is going to start a petition in his apartment building to make sure lights are installed in the park. He says he will then take the petition to the borough president's office. The borough president's office says it is aware of the request and is looking into it.
