This weekend marked four years since Superstorm Sandy made landfall, devastating lives and homes across the tri-state area.
Bronx residents reflected Saturday on the destruction the storm caused and the long rebuild that has followed.
The boatyard condo complex on City Island was one of the areas that got hit hard.
Despite the chaos the storm caused, many Bronx residents have chosen also to remember the sense of unity that the storm brought out in people.
"The community did a lot of coming together," one resident said.
