Man charged with murder for allegedly shooting woman in Wakefield

Michael Foster, 58, is accused of shooting 39-year-old Julia Anderson late Monday night near Murdock and Nereid avenues - less than a mile from their shared address in Mount Vernon. Anderson's family tells News 12 that Foster is her uncle.
