News 12 has obtained video of a fight that broke out in the library of Ward Melville High School.

The footage shows punches being thrown for nearly 20 seconds before someone intervened.

Superintendent Kevin Scanlon provided the following statement: "We are aware of this incident and taking the matter very seriously. Individuals will be disciplined as necessary."
