CDC: Respiratory virus activity rising across the U.S.

According to the CDC, the week before Christmas more than 29,000 people were hospitalized with COVID-19.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has issued a warning that respiratory illnesses are on the rise.
According to the CDC, the week before Christmas more than 29,000 people were hospitalized with COVID-19.
Another 15,000 were admitted for the flu, and thousands more with RSV.
Experts recommend vaccinations and masks to help prevent getting sick.
