A Riverdale senior center is helping elderly Bronx residents become more comfortable with tech to allow them to use it to improve their lives.  

The Center for Ageless Living hosted an event aimed at educating older adults on the ins and outs of how to navigate smart technology, access online health resources and how to avoid being scammed.  

The expo provides one-on-one tech support and hands-on training for seniors with the latest and most commonly used smartphones, tablets and other technology. Participating seniors say these interactive demonstrations have helped them remain up to date and independent.  

Riverdale’s Center for Ageless Living will continue tech training for the next nine days, continuing on May 6 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
